December 1-  APPLICATIONS DUE

      Applications can be completed online at the Office of Education Abroad Website- (Link Below)
      There is a $10 charge for application.

December  15
Acceptance Notices will be sent via email

(Priority will be based first on your proximity to graduation from a program at UNCC- Those closest to graduation will be given priority, Should the group be split in the middle of a class we will accept those with higher GPAs first.)

January 11
$500 Non-Refundable deposit will be due.

To be paid through the Office of Education Abroad

(Final acceptance to the program will be issued once you submit this payment.)

February 23
$1000 payment will be due

April 1
$975 Final payment due

We will attempt to refund any money which has not already been spent on your behalf (beyond the $500 non-refundable deposit) should you have extenuating circumstances that do not allow you to participate in the trip.
